		Use of Website is strictly on the terms & conditions set out below All use of the website www.kirtonmotorspares.co.uk (‘the Website’) is on the terms and conditions below. If you DO NOT agree to these terms and conditions cease to use the Website immediately. You may print and keep a copy of these terms. They are a legal agreement between us and can only be modified with our consent. We reserve the right to change the terms at our discretion by changing them on the Website.
		These terms do no affect your statutory rights.

	1.	STANDARD GUARANTEE
		All goods sold to the buyer will carry a minimum 1 month guarantee from date of purchase.
		Under no circumstances will Pepperstore Ltd entertain any claim(s) whatsoever in regard to labour costs/charges involved in the fitting, removal and or changing of parts supplied by the them.

	2.	ENGINES, GEARBOXES & SAFETY CRITICAL COMPONENTS
		Engines and gearboxes are sold fully drained of all fluids.
		Warranty excludes all gaskets, oils, seals, cam, timing and fan belts.
		Engines are sold complete less ancilliaries.
		Ancilliary parts supplied with engines, including cam belts, are not covered under these Terms and Conditions.
		Damage caused by mis-use, improper fitting, neglect and or continued use will invalidate these Terms and Conditions.
		Only specifically trained automotive technicians must fit safety critical components. No liability can be accepted for malfunction, damage or injury caused by inappropriate fitting of such components.

	3.	GENERAL
		All goods are guaranteed to be in satisfactory working order at the time of purchase. In the event of a fault arising within the guarantee period the Seller reserves the right to either repair or exchange the goods. If the replacement goods cannot be found within a reasonable timethe full purchase price will be refunded. This will only happen on production of the original sales invoice and only if the goods are returned in the same condition as when the goods were supplied with the sellers security mark still visible thereon. The seller will not hold itself liable to reimburse the buyer for any installation charges no matter how they are incurred unless otherwise stated.
		DIY sales are non-refundable.
		ECU and electrical items are non-refundable and non-returnable as a result of potential damage caused by incorrect fitting or other faults in a customer vehicle.
		The item will be despatched within 7 working days of cleared payment
		We only deliver to a BUSINESS address in mainland England, Wales and Scotland. For deliveries to the Scottish counties of Highlands and Grampians an additional carriage charge of £20+VAT should be added
		Please thoroughly check the contents of the package and the item before signing: If the item is damaged under no circumstances accept the delivery. If the Buyer or Buyers' representative signs for the item in good condition then no returns for damaged on arrival will be considered. If no-one is present to sign for the item it is possible that a second delivery charge will be required before re-delivery can take place
